The Arts

Hazel Park has a long-standing tradition of supporting the arts. This year our Hazel Park High School Marching Band qualified for the Michigan Competing Band Association (MCBA) State Championship contest at Ford Field for the second consecutive year. 

 Our Drama Club performed the updated version of a classic play Ten Angry Jurors for our community. Unfortunately, their You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown was cancelled the day before Opening Night due to the pandemic. 

Then we had Gold and Silver Keys competing at Nationals as well as 9 students at the MAEA Region 7 Art Exhibit. 

Art wise, it was a great year.
