Media Center

Our High School Media Center is open for 30 minutes before school begins, and 30 minutes after dismissal (7:10am-3:10pm). Our Media Specialist assists students with their needs for technology, textbooks, research materials, and other resources.  During school hours, students need an instructor pass to access the Media Center. Media Center resources (books, magazines, etc.) are available for students to utilize, or check out throughout the school day, as well as before and after school. 

Hazel Park Schools has a one-to-one technology initiative and all students at the High School are assigned a Chromebook laptop.  The students are issued their laptops at the start of school for the year. The Chromebooks are the responsibility of the students. Students also have the ability to borrow and check out laptops for the day, if needed. The High School Media Center is also equipped with multiple Mac desktop computers for staff and student use.
