About Edison

Welcome to Edison School! We have been providing educational programs for students since 1987 to students throughout Oakland County. The Edison School is located in the Hazel Park School District and is staffed by Hazel Park School District teachers, social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and the support staff.

We provide a center based program for students in Oakland County, Michigan. Some of the school districts we serve are Avondale, Bloomfield Hills, Birmingham, Clawson, Berkley, Ferndale, Oakpark, Madison Heights, Lamphere, Royal Oak, South Lyon, Walled Lake, and West Bloomfield. We also receive support from Oakland Schools. At the Edison School we provide support for students who need an educationally therapeutic setting because of an emotional and/or behavioral disabilities.
