Ascension Health Center
Hazel Park Schools, in partnership with St. John's Ascension Health Center, is proud to provide medical and mental health services at no cost for children and adolescents enrolled in Hazel Park Schools. As a state-funded center that bills insurance, uncovered costs do not get billed to our students or their families, so we encourage your students to utilize these services.
Medical Services
Medical services are available from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays. Appointments are strongly recommended for medical-related visits to avoid long wait times.
